Every plan can be built in our three high-end exterior elevation styles - Original, Arch, and Straight. For most plans, multiple elevation options are available for each style. In order to offer custom-quality designs at a production value, we are not able to mix and match elevation designs.

Our Original style has delivered incredible value for 15 years and is included in the base price - it's always a home run choice! Our brand-new Arch and Straight styles have some unique components typically found in $1,000,000+ homes and are slight premium to the Original style.

Yes! Every elevation option is hand-drawn and truly one-of-a-kind! Unlike other production builders, we never use templates or cookie-cutter designs. The details of each elevation are designed to work cohesively together to provide custom quality at a production value.

Selecting your design couldn't be easier - just click on your favorite design! The Purchase Agreement will specify your selected design and you'll be able to review the finalized elevation plans during the Pre-Construction Meeting.
